Salesforce Consultant (f / m / d)

Are you looking for the ideal company to create great customer experiences and turn your ideas into reality? Do topics such as sales and pipeline optimization, customer service and digital transformation make your heart beat faster? Do you tackle large projects as part of a team, but you can also roll up your sleeves and implement a fast flow yourself?

Your tasks:

You will support us and our customers in challenging Salesforce projects – from fresh implementations in medium-sized companies to in-depth support for enterprise systems.

  • You act as an interface and translator between the customer's business and the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • You analyse, design and optimise business processes in terms of efficiency, time-to-market in particular and digitalization in general – always with the help of Salesforce, of course.
  • You design Salesforce-based technical solutions (e.g. flows, validation rules, lightning pages, dashboards & reports, …) and implement them as part of a strong team.
  • You compose workshops and carry them out for customers. You also derive work packages and requirements from them and discuss them with the team.
  • You are responsible for supporting and developing your existing customers and occasionally support our sales department with your technical expertise.
  • You help your peers in quality assurance and benefit from the quality assurance of your work by your team colleagues.

Your experience:

  • You have 3+ years of working experience in the Salesforce universe.
  • You are proficient in the common Salesforce Sales Cloud automation resources and tools without needing any help or training in their use. You may even have experience beyond the Sales Cloud; Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ or the Experience Cloud are particularly useful.
  • You have already advised customers independently and translated business processes into Salesforce solutions.
  • You have an excellent command of written and spoken English and a good command of German.
  • You have the right mix of technological skills and analytical thinking and enjoy translating complex problems into Salesforce solutions together with our customers.
  • You can present complex topics in a simple and understandable way.
  • You have a fast comprehension and enjoy learning new things and growing with them.
